The Radioactive Rant comedy podcast exists so you can feel confident you're not muddling through the torment of modern existence alone.

Finally, a podcast that has the guts to say out loud what virtually everyone else is thinking!

Aggravating day-to-day situations. Stupid people in general. Idiot, narcissistic celebrities. Scumbag politicians. Out of touch cable news hosts and pretty much anything else ridiculous you can think of, we have it covered and flip the bird at all of it.

We see what you most likely see; a nightmare world that’s become more and more intolerable on a daily basis, so why not mock it?

We dive deep into life's little annoyances as well as chiming in on movies, television, the entertainment industry, social issues, culture, true crime and other sundry items, all with listener input welcome (for the most part).

Recorded weekly from the Radioactive Rant podcast studios located in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington DC, the Nations Crapitol.

And yes, we're aware that everyone has a podcast. Whoop-de-douche, who gives a crap. We figure, shit. Might as well pile on!

Mark Reynolds suffered through a well-established career in radio broadcasting in medium and major markets. He held positions as Vice President of Programming, Operations Manager, Program Director, Music Director, Talk Show Host and Morning Show Host.

"Grew-up dreaming, no, salivating to be on radio and ended up doing that. What I quickly learned, was that the radio broadcasting business is great... it's the people in the business that suck... like, really suck... hard."

Seeking a new challenge, Mark switched gears from broadcasting to achieve a long-standing goal of owning a global franchise, which he accomplished. This is where he met marketing guru, Tom Swain. They spent many an early morning at the Company discussing their mutual fondness of film.

A couple of years later, Mark found himself waxing nostalgic over drinks with Tom and a few other colleagues about his early days in radio. When Mark wrapped up his account, Tom’s immediate response was, “That should be a movie, man!”

The idea intrigued Mark, so he decided to craft those early events into a screenplay without having a clue of how to actually write a feature script.

With Tom as a sounding board, Mark stumbled his way through screenplay number one, “Radio Chaos”, the precise tale he had shared at the cocktail party.

The story worked its way from a million page mess to a finely honed script about an eager kid who gets his big break in broadcasting at a small rural radio station in the early nineteen-eighties.

Since then, Mark has written several original screenplays which led to the development of the entertainment industry hit podcast, Make My Damn Movie where Mark and Tom teamed up to discuss the challenges of attempting to get a movie produced, among other things.

Frankly, the podcast was originally developed so Mark and Tom would have an excuse to goof-off and have fun.

What they didn't expect was the Make My Damn Movie podcast to catch on and become ranked in the top 10% of ALL podcasts globally, according to "Listen Notes" (the most comprehensive podcast database), thanks to their dedicated listeners. This led them to their second podcast, Radioactive Rant, where the gloves come flying off, making Radioactive Rant truly the world's greatest ranting podcast...
